My Goals

Step 1-Desire

i would like to improve my body composition.

Step 2-Belief

I believe i can reach my desire becauce i have strong work ethics. I work hard and workout on a reagular basis. If this is something i desire i will acheive it. Anything is possible when i put my mind to it.

Step 3-Analyze were you are

I currently weigh  202 pounds.

Step 4-Set realistic Goals

I want to lose 15 pounds and get a better body tone by August 1, 2011.

Step 5-Write your Goals in detail

im going to lift weights for upper body 3 days a week. I'm going to lift for lower body and run a mile 3 days a week. Im going to do curl ups and push ups for 5 minutes  4 days a week. i will run sprints for 10 minutes for 3 days a week and jump rope for 5 minutes 3 days a week.

Step 6-List the benefits you will recieve

The bebefits i will recieve from a better body composition is stronger heart to fight of diseases, feeling better, being able to rest, and looking better.

Step 7-Identify Obstales

Some obstacles my be me gettin side tracked by other things, putting things off, and losing interest in accomplishing what I desire.

Step 8-Identify Knowledge you will need

I will need to know my weight and my maximum limit that I can push myself.

Step 9-Make a plan of Action

I plan to bench press 135 3x8  reps 3 times a week.

Step 10-Develop a Timeline

I will plan it out and  place it up on a calender.

Step 11-Monitor Your Progress

I will right down and check off what i have completed.

Step 12-Never Give up

Many people such as my good friends will keep me motiovated. Also my ROTC instructer SGM Davis because he's still in good shape and good health because he has kept up a good body composition for his age.
