Health-related skills are skills needed for your health. These skills help you develop your body so it can help prevent diseases. Skill-related skills are good on improving certain skills such as agility, balance, speed, and power. Especailly athletes.

What are the health-related components of physical fitness?

The health-related components of physical fitness is Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, and Body Compositon.

Why are the skill-related components of physical fitness?

The skill-related components of physical fitness is Agility, Coordination, Speed, Power, Reaction timie, and Balance.

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

They do not have to be a good athlete because aslong as that person have health-related components they can be physically fit because the health related components which helps our health. The better we work on our health-related skills the better our health get. Skill-related fitness only helps when involved in sports. The skill components does not pertain to one's health.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?

It is important to know your current level of health-related fitness because if you know your level you can know what you need to improve on. Your learn were you are strong at and were you are lacking. Such as i may be good in muscular strength but not so well in cardivascular endurance. So to know your level is very important.
