It’s something that should be an important factor in your life because it’s about you. It can improve the way you feel about yourself.  The more you improve the way you feel and look about yourself, the better your attitude towards things can improve.

How do some people neglect their health by choosing not to participate in physical activity?

They don’t feel that they are fit enough or have the athletic abilities to do physical activity. With some people they think that they don't have to exercise because they feel that their fast metabolism will keep them slim and trim but after a while they metabolsim slows down and the fat starts to stick on and they start to show weight gain.

What are the primary health risk factors, and which ones may be controlled?

Primary risk factors relates to disability, pre-mature death, and diseases. Controlled risk factor’s relates to obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, physical inactivity, tension, and stress.

What benefits are gained by exercising?

Some of the benefits that come with exercising is feeling better about yourself, looking better, and having desires to better yourself in other areas. Also it makes you want to increase your confidence, muscular strength, have a better sleep, muscular endurance, and more energy to use.

What is the relationship between wellness and personal fitness?

Well the more fit you are the more your body is well to fight off diseases and obesity. Your body is strong enough to fight off the problems. If you keep up your fitness the more you will be able to relieve stress and other physical and mental proplems that can come to you in your life.

What is a personal fitness program(PFP)?

PFP, Personal Fitness Program, is a program that includes physical activities designed to help improve your life expectances, burn off calories, reducing stress, and improving your health over all.
